Returns

At Little Star, we want you to be over the moon with your baby gifts. If, for any reason, you need to return an item, we've got you covered with our straightforward returns policy.

Conditions for Returns:

  • We happily accept returns for items that are unused and in their original state.
  • All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a refund, please ensure you provide proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return:

  1. Contact us at info@shoplittlestar.co.uk to notify us of your intention to return an item.
  2. Pack the item securely, ensuring it's in its original state and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Postage:

  • The buyer is responsible for covering any postage costs associated with the return.
  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the safe arrival of your items.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned items and confirm their eligibility, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Right to Decline Refund:

  • Little Star reserves the right to decline a refund if the returned items are not in their original state.

Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the rare instance that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
